Last week the listing of the Final Fantasy VII Remake demo in the PlayStation Store was leaked. However it seems that now the full demo has been leaked. It is listed on an open file server along with the full game (which has been removed now).
Footage has been uploaded on YouTube from the demo. YouTube user Lystrasza has successfully got the demo working, most likely on a modded or jailbraiked PlayStation 4, and has uploaded the opening cutscene of the game.

More footage has appeared on YouTube so it seems other users also got the demo working. Here's a video of the full demo. Better watch it now, before it will be removed.

The demo starts at the beginning of Final Fantasy VII (Remake), the bombing of the Mako Reactor 1 and ends after it's destruction. Final Fantasy VII Remake will be released on 3 March 2020.
Update: It seems more than only the demo has been leaked. After people have data-mined the package, which is 10GB, additional content has been found that is otherwise impossible to find in the course of the demo. We will not post these things, but you've been warned!
